Return and Refunds is striving to enable your online shopping experience as simple and stress-free as much as possible. If you are not fulfilled with your product, then you can just return an item for a refund in case of your reason accommodate our return and refund policies. All return products should return back to us within 10 days from the date of your parcel delivery.

Please make sure that will not hold the responsibility or liability for such shipping problems if you do not inform within 5 days of your parcel receipt.

We can understand that you have various reasons prompt you to return back the product to us even items are not defective. Suppose if your reasons are valid, your return request may be taken into the consideration.

Refund Policy

We always offer a quality product in a discrete package to all of our customers in order to satisfy them. And we are delighted to release refund depended on the circumstances cited below:

  • Your order product is damaged or lost in the transit
  • You get a defective product
  • You receive an expiry date passed items

Before refunding the amount to the customers for the above circumstances, we would ask the customers whether they want a reshipment or refund. If customers preferred reshipment for their product order, then we will try to re-ship within 4-7 days, in case we are not able to reship the product to customer address within promised date after 2 to 3 attempts, then we will provide a refund.

It is important to note: Refund mode may differ based on the conditions. Refund amount will not be given as cash yet it will credit to your payment mode of which you have chosen for an order placement. Suppose if you made a purchase with Credit or Debit card, then your refund will be credited to your account through these ways and it takes 7 to 10 business days to process. In case if it takes more time to get credited to your bank account, we do not hold the liability for this issue because sometimes banks that delay the refund process and moreover we can not able to rule over that. If you purchased the product with e-wallet, then you will get the refund amount within 24 hours.
